A is a 17-year-old boy who was jumping on the trampoline and took a face plant onto the side of the trampoline. He fractured his entire midface and nose and developed significant cartilage loss and a deformed nose. He underwent a septoplasty at the time of the accident to try and stabilize his nose, but much of the cartilage in his nose deformed and he developed a saddle-nose. The patient, therefore, required a revision rhinoplasty. The patient is shown before and after revision rhinoplasty with ear cartilage and fascial grafts. The patient’s mother was ecstatic with the successful revision rhinoplasty results.
