Reason for Consultation: This patient was tired of her aged appearance.  She did not want a full facial rejuvenation.  Rather she just wanted some of the excess laxity in skin addressed.

Procedure:  Deep plane face/neck lift, upper blepharoplasty

Technique:  Deep plane face lift with vertical vector restoration, midface lift, Deep plane neck lift, with midline platysmaplasty.  Upper blepharoplasty.  Local anesthesia with oral sedation.
